FTU Sexy Steampunk

Here goes: 
Start a new image 700 X 700 - Transparent.

Open Frame2.  C/P and resize 60%.
Use your magic wand and click inside of frame.
Go to SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND to 10.
Add New Raster Layer.
Open paper5.  C/Paste into selection.  Keep selection.
Open tube.  C/P the Close-up and resize 70%.  Place to your liking of view example for placement.
SELECTION - INVERT and tap delete button.
SELECTION - INVERT again and duplicate tube layer.
 Highlight copy of tube layer.
ADJUST - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR - RADIUS 25.00
BLEND MODE - HARD LIGHT
Highlight original tube layer.
BLEND MODE - DODGE.
SELECTION NONE.

Now for the elements.

We will be using these elements.
Corner - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the top right side and make it the bottom layer
Dish - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the lower right side
Flower - Resized 50% - C/P and move to the upper left side
Binding - Resized 70% - C/P and move to the left
Clock Pin - Resized 80% - C/P and move to the right
 Gadgets - Resized 60% - C/P - Mirror - Flip - Move to the right bottom
Heart - Place as shown

Add Tube.  I resized mine 50% - Mirrored and moved it slightly to the right

Add drop shadow to all layers.
I used
V & H 2
Opacity 70
Blur 7
Color Black

Now, the mask layer.

Highlight very bottom layer.
Copy paper4
SELECTIONS - SELECT ALL - NEW RASTER LAYER - PASTE INTO SELECTION - SELECTION NONE
LAYERS - NEW MASK LAYER - FROM IMAGE - SOURCE LUMINANCE CHECKED - MC_MASK14 - OK - MERGE GROUP
(if mask is not dark enough for you, you can duplicate it and then merge down)

 Now you can add name and  © information.  Save as .PNG and resize if you wish.
I resize before I save and add name and © info.
